Terms and Conditions

Upon shipping your coins to PGS your hereby agree to the following. 

1. You, the shipper will register and insure the package for the appropriate amount in coin values with a verifiable tracking number. 
2. A minimum of 30 days for Grading  turnaround time will be applied to each order of 10 coins or less once package is received and verified. 
3. A maximum number of 10 coins per submission. 
4. Rejected coins will be returned with an explanation as to why and will not be Encapsulated. No Refunds will be given on rejected coins. 
5. Shipper agrees to the $20.95 per coin grading price on coins valued up to $500 each.  $40.95 for coins valued over $500.
6. Submissions received that do not have the correct requirements, or cost will be rejected and returned. 
7. Shipper agrees to the $20 submission fee per 10 coin submission. 
8. Precision Grading Service cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. A registered and insured package is mandatory when submitting coins to PGS so they can be tracked and verified. Failure to.do this will result in a rejected and returned package.
