How to Submit Coins To PGS For Grading

Create a numbered list with each Coin to be Graded. Make the list containing the Denomination, Year, Origin, and Presumed Value. ALL details must be included with each submission. Include the total value of the entire Submission at the bottom. 

Prepare and Package the coins for shipping by placing each coin in a Coin Flip, sleeve or other individual coin protector making sure it fully covers each coin Individually.  Number the Flip or sleeve protector to match the coin from your list. 

Stack the individually protected coins together. Using bubble wrap and packing tape, completely seal the coin stack to protect them from any damage during shipping. Place the order in a Box or Padded envelope making sure the Coins are protected and secured for proper mailing. 

When shipping the order, Register and Insure your package for the total value of the coins.

Make sure all address information is correct before purchasing the shipping label.
